As Wellbeing Coaching Lead at Genwell, Mila leads the development and delivery of the coaching programme, supporting patients alongside their medical treatment to build sustainable, long-term health behaviours.
Her work focuses on integrating evidence-based nutrition, behaviour change, and lifestyle support into patient care, with an approach that moves away from restrictive dieting and instead prioritises a compassionate, personalised way of working.
She also plays a key role in the operational delivery of the service, designing patient journeys that support not only weight management, but also a healthier relationship with food, improved wellbeing, and long-term outcomes, while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across the programme.
