Both CBD oil and red vine leaf extract can have blood-thinning effects. Taking them together might increase the risk of bruising or bleeding more easily. Why this happens
CBD is known to inhibit certain liver enzymes (CYP450) responsible for breaking down many substances. Red vine leaf contains flavonoids that can affect blood clotting (platelet aggregation). Combining them may create an additive effect on blood thinning and alter how the body clears the supplement.
