Why this happens

Beclometasone is a corticosteroid (often used via inhaler or nasal spray) that acts locally with very little absorption into the bloodstream. Sertraline is an antidepressant (SSRI). These drugs are processed by different pathways in the body and do not interfere with each other's effectiveness or safety.

You can continue to take both medications as prescribed by your doctor. As with any medication, if you notice any unusual side effects, you should consult your pharmacist or GP.
