Can I take Amilodipline and Tadalafil together?

Why this happens

Both medicines work by relaxing and widening your blood vessels. Amlodipine does this to treat high blood pressure, while tadalafil does this to improve blood flow for erectile dysfunction. When used together, their effects add up, leading to a more significant decrease in blood pressure.

You can usually take these together, but you should be cautious. When you first start taking them together, or if your dose is increased, be careful when standing up from a sitting or lying position. If you feel very dizzy or faint, sit or lie down immediately and contact your doctor. It is a good idea to monitor your blood pressure at home if you have a monitor.
