Can I take 75 and Testogel together?

There is no direct interaction between aspirin 75mg and Testogel. However, both medications can independently increase your risk of certain health issues, such as high blood pressure or polycythaemia (having too many red blood cells), which can thicken the blood.

Why this happens

Aspirin 75mg is an antiplatelet (blood thinner) used to prevent clots. Testogel (testosterone) can increase the production of red blood cells. While they do not interfere with how each other works in the body, your doctor will need to monitor your blood count and blood pressure to ensure the combination is managed safely.

You can take these together, but you should have regular blood tests as requested by your doctor to monitor your red blood cell count (haematocrit) and blood pressure. If you experience unusual bruising, persistent headaches, or dizziness, speak to your GP. It is best to avoid or strictly limit alcohol while taking aspirin, as the combination can increase the risk of stomach irritation or bleeding.
